You pay no employee tax withholdings, no worker's compensation, no benefit costs and no vacation costs. I come onsite when appropriate to attend meetings, to traffic work or when my presence benefits the creative/approval process. To your advantage, the ‘clock’ stops when there is downtime on the project, such as between rounds of proofs, or while waiting on client input. Call me only when the next project hits the boards!
You want the consistency of someone that understands your unique systems and production values without having to make the financial commitment of having someone full time at a desk.

No mark ups...all outside purchases are passed directly through. For a true, objective look at every job, I bid with a minimum of three printers so you can be assured the project is placed with the best printer for the job. If you have an existing relationship/contract with a vendor partner, I will honor that relationship ensuring budgets are met with minimal waste.
